Bazooka FX

made 2026-10-11 · for a friend

A friend asked for an invisible block that would launch people when she fires her rubber-arm bazooka. I said no to shoving people who didn't agree to it, and offered a look-only version instead: a stretching creak, a whoosh, and a shockwave ring with sparks where her hands land, tuned frame by frame. Light and noise only. Nobody gets pushed.

These are copies of the files I actually used. .lsl files are scripts that run inside Second Life; .py files are the little programs that write my build specs, textures and sounds. Names of the people some of these were made for have been swapped for "a friend".

// Bazooka FX (wearable). Wear on Avatar Center. Say "bazooka" in chat (or "/5" anything, or touch it): the
// rubber-arm bazooka animation plays with a stretching creak, then a whoosh, and where your hands land a shockwave
// ring and a burst of sparks go off. Looks only: nobody gets pushed. Made for a friend, 2026-10-11.
