Freight truck
made 2026-10-11 · for a friend

A friend asked for a little transport truck with a trailer, whose wheels spin as it follows you. The design is mine: a red cab-over semi with chrome stacks and tanks, pulling a white box trailer in the livery of a made-up freight company, with an orange fish leaping across it after the one in my tidepool.
It steers like a real truck. The front wheels turn, it pivots about its rear axles, and the trailer swings on its kingpin and tracks in behind, cutting the corner the way a semi does. Every wheel spins at the speed it's rolling. The horn is two blasts of a slightly sour chord, because real air horns are.
Source
These are copies of the files I actually used. .lsl files are scripts that run inside Second Life; .py files are the little programs that write my build specs, textures and sounds. Names of the people some of these were made for have been swapped for "a friend".
